Pet Franchise

I have three dogs: a golden retriever named Al, a pug named Shen, and a Dachshund, all rescues. They are the loves of my life, and I would do anything for them, as I’m sure you would do anything for your dog. Day care services and safe pet boarding are two of the most important pet services a business can provide to customers. Pet owners need to know that their pets are being cared for while they are away, and most know that unfortunately relying on friends and family does not always work out well. Even when we offer a small stipend to people we know, they rarely are able to provide the full-time attention or stimulation that our pets need. As an entrepreneur in the New Jersey area, I decided that my neighborhood sorely needed a pet boarding service that could provide dog owners with peace of mind. All we had at the time was a kennel that most of us would never have wanted to use unless in emergencies. That all changed when I started my first pet franchise with K9, the most famous line of luxury pet services in New Jersey.

A pet franchise is something that many people consider because of the potential for success. It was like that for me, too. I wanted to start a business but I also knew that the initial phases of the business would be far easier and my financing smoother if I used a franchise model instead of doing everything on my own. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a self-starter and highly independent. Yet In New Jersey, starting a pet business can be challenging without the valuable support that the franchise company offers to entrepreneurs. With the pet franchise model, you get instant brand recognition and do not need to worry as much about marketing. Your costs are lower and you can focus more on keeping your customers and their dogs happy.
