Fabric-backed vinyl will probably hold up better than vinyl-coated paper in a hotel. On the other hand, the vinyl-coated paper could be well-suited to a doctor’s office, or an elementary school classroom. There is no one-size-fits-all wallcovering, suitable for everyone’s needs.

Your wallcoverings help to set the mood for those who enter your rooms. You should put as much care into the wallcoverings as you do the type of chairs and desks you choose.
In some sense, your wallcoverings matter even more than the phones you install: Black phones with a gray fabric wallcovering look better than with a yellow wallcovering, and even the shade of the color has an impact.
